If we go through the whole process of gram flour so you understand that from the farm to packing it will pass through three different processes which are cleaning the gram beans than conditioning and finally Milling to get the flour. For cleaning and the dedusting lot, many people are using vibro separator to remove unwanted particles like pebbles, dust, broken grains and such kind of impurities.
After cleaning start conditioning to remove water content from the gram, also other gram halves and put it for sun drying to maintain minimum 12 to 15% of moisture.
When conditioning is done properly so finally gram beans are going for milling and you get the gram flour.
Now you understand the process of the gram flour, but after milling, we need to sieve the gram flour, so we get the pure the flour in the same size. Because of sieving the gram flour we get the same size of fine quality flour, it removes oversized material after milling process and finally the finest quality flour is going for packaging.
